The Puffle Cone style ice cream at Cauldron Ice Cream is really good! Yes, Puffle Cone (or some people call it Bubble Waffle) as in 雞蛋糕! Today we had the pineapple ice cream. Sweet and sour, so so good!!  

We really enjoy the herbal jelly (仙草) at Meet Fresh (鮮芋仙). It can be a hit or miss sometimes but when it is good, it is really good! Meet Fresh Signature: Shaved ice made of herbal jelly, plus herbal jelly,

First time here at Lost at Sea in Pasadena. Intimate setting with great food and great service!   Citrus & Fennel Salad – with grapefruit, blood orange, quinoa, greens, with pistachio. Very refreshing.

Finally made it to Spago! A great meal for early birthday celebration!  For Brian: Vodka Martini. For me: “Head Over” – vodka with yuzu and passionfruit.

This weekend we celebrated our 10th wedding anniversay at Providence. Food tasted great and verything was so pretty!  Amuse bouche: Mojito Bubble! Very good!

Another visit to Bestia! This time we made sure to save room for desserts! And it helps that we have a party of 3 🙂 The Salumi – chef’s selection of house-cured meats.

We always enjoy the amazing food and super friendly service at Moros!   Ceviche.  

Brian decided to hit a few dessert shops in LA! I am surprised that we could have so much desserts in one afternoon 🙂 First up is the passionfruit tart at Bottega Louie. It looks different and not as good

It’s still warm in LA… Time for more ice cream! Cookies and Cream at Hans’ Homemade Ice Cream. We went to the location at Anaheim Packing District. Very creamy, very good!

Today we tried a great Ramen place, Kitakata Ramen Ban Nai, in Costa Mesa. The ‘kitakata ramen’ is flat, wide and curly – very different from what we usually have and we loved it! We had the Green Chili Shio Ramen
