Another delicious meal in Taichung! We are having dinner at Yakitori & Wine 鳥苑地雞燒 tonight. A few yakitori dishes we have never had before! LOVE!! We had this room with beautiful garden view.  

We really enjoyed the creative and delicious meal at the cozy restaurant 地坊餐廳 in Taichung, courtesy of Brandon! The chef focuses on using fresh local ingredients and is very particular with every detail. We loved it! Fun fact – 地坊 means 廚房

Ice cream time at 第四信用合作社, part of 日出集團 and sister store to 宮原眼科. So many choices!! First ice cream cup is Grape + Mango. Pineapple cakes as toppings! 

A few of our favorite eats during this visit in Taipei! Haagen Dazs Royal Milk Tea flavor. It’s the best!! Only in Asia!

Our first time at Hutong / 胡同燒肉夜食. Really enjoyed the yummy yakiniku on charcoal grill. Thanks to big sister Michelle for treating!

We really enjoyed the Taiwanese cuisine at Shin Yeh (欣葉台菜) and thought the price is quite reasonable as well.   This is one of their most famous dishes: Pan Fried Pork Liver / 煎豬肝. Love!!!

So many people have recommended Jin Feng Lu Rou Fan (金峰滷肉飯) to us and we were finally here! We beat the lunch crowd so the line was not that long. Plus they’ve got a very efficient system so everything moved quickly.

Brandon treated us to this nice cozy restaurant 門將日本料理 in Taichung when we visited his family. The chef paid great attention to all the details of each dish and we loved it.

We love the Tainan Dan-tsu Noodles at Tu Hsiao Yueh / 度小月擔仔麵.
