This weekend we celebrated our 10th wedding anniversay at Providence. Food tasted great and verything was so pretty!
Amuse bouche: Mojito Bubble! Very good!
Amuse bouche: Tuna tartar taco, with sushi rice, puffed rice in nasturtium leaf. Impressive!
Oysters: Naked cowboy, kusshi, and misty point.
With mignonette sauce and cocktail suace.
Amuse bouche: Oyster cracker with salmon pate. This was yum!!
Amuse bouche: Halibut broth with mushrooms. Sooooo good!!
Fluke sashimi with blood orange and onion, coriander, and pretty flowers.
Sea scallop with almonds, greens, and cherry tomato. Our favorite dish of the night!
Wild king salmon with greens. Our favorite part of this dish is the salmon skin.
Duck with Japanese turnip and tangerine.
Dessert: Cake with sesame with white chocolate fillings, matcha and cocoa powder.
Maracons: Irish whisky and Mexican chocolate.
Lemon candy.
