L’Atelier de Joel Robuchon Revisited

It’s been 6 years since we lasted visited L’Atelier de Joel Robuchon in Vegas, and it was great to be back! It was especially fun because we are celebrating Brian’s recent raise. 🙂 We opted for the 3-course menu: you could pick from 26 options. It took us a while to decide!

My first course: King crab in a salad of greens, tomatoes and fresh mozzarella. Delicious!

Brian’s 2nd: Yellowtail served as a ravioli, with sea urchin inside and osetra caviar on top. We love this!!

Final course: Seared Ibérico pork shoulder, with mushrooms and lemon vinegar kumquat. Amazing!

Final course: Spiced Maine lobster over tagliatelle pasta. This is also really good!

It was a great experience sitting at the bar, watching the chefs work in the beautiful open kitchen.
