We always love a great summer BBQ with Chef Daphne!
We are trying a new thing this time: Tsukune (Chicken Meatball)!! Not an easy task! The key is to precook some of the ground chicken first and mix it in with the raw ground chicken. It will prevent the meat from falling off the grill and it will keep it juicy.
Special tools needed: Flat and wide grilling kabob skewers. Then we thought of this setup to cook the chicken meatballs over the grill.
