Fable, a modern restaurant by Trevor Bird who competed in Top Chef Canada, stands for “Farm to Table.” Menu changes seasonally featuring fresh local ingredients.    Octopus salad with pork belly pieces, potato croutons.

This summer we were invited to pick green beans from a family friend’s farm. Daphne was super good at picking and she also got a lot more from her friends. It was a lot of hard work afterwards though!!   Piles
