As we passed Portland we stopped by this food cart: Nong’s Khao Man Gai. It was really delicious!

Cute packaging. We found a nearby park to enjoy our meal.
Directions: Unwrap > Add sauce > Take a bite of the chicken + rice + sauce > Take a sip of the chicken soup > Take a bite of the cucumber to cleanse palate > Repeat! :))
So so good!! The chicken is juicy and tender, and we really loved the garlicky and gingery sauce. 
And we bought a bottle of the sauce to go!
