We are coming to an end to our road trip and we are treating ourselves tonight at a well-know Peruvian restaurant Andina in Portland. We really enjoyed the lovely time, great food, and friendly service.
First up, a drink named “sacsayhuamán” – habanero pepper vodka shaken with pureed passionfruit and cane sugar, with a sugar rim and cilantro leaf garnish. Spicy!!

Roasted red and golden beets, served with green chili, pickled vegetables and sesame oil.
Avocado stuffed with crab, topped with prawn. Yum!!

Grilled octopus with mashed potatoes, with chimichurri sauce.
Crispy quinoa studded cannolis stuffed with passionfruit mousse + mango-lemongrass sorbet, mango chutney and mint coulis. As soon as we see passionfruit and mango, we know we had to order this! Loved it!!
