Yeah! We found our favorite ice cream shop – Earnest Ice Cream!
We went to their original location on Fraser Street near King Edward. They also have a location on Quebec Street near 2nd Avenue.

Yum!! Especially on 0°C weather!
So “seriously good” that we have to take a pint home! I like their reusable jar idea, where you pay a $1 deposit on the reusable glass jar.
Yup, came back for more! This time we tried the Cranberry Walnut and Tahitian Vanilla. The Cranberry Walnut is really good!!
