For this Christmas in Vancouver, Brian cooked the most delicious dry aged ribeye we got from Windsor Quality Meats. Sooooo good!!!

This place was packed!
We were directly to the back where they had a big cooler that keeps the dry aged meats. It took the butcher a good 15-minute to work on cutting the meat for us.
