Our all-time favorite ramen place Ramen Santouka (山頭火)! We first tried it in Costa Mesa, California, and we still go all the time. They opened in Vancouver in recent years. The taste is just as great!
Tokusen Toroniku Ramen please! Tonkotsu ramen with with premium pork cheek meat. Their broth is so flavorful. Some say it’s too thick and oily, but that’s just how we like it 🙂
They also have tsukemen in the Vancouver location. Tastes pretty good too.
