Omakase at Kabuto, again!

Came back to Kabuto for omakase again!  This is definitely one of our favorite sushi places!  

Appetizer: Marinated blue fin tuna with cucumbers and seaweed.

We ordered “wakaremi” or “triangle” – the part of the tuna that is close to the fin. We read about it online and this is the firs time we tried it. We loved it!! even more than chu-toro.
