We tried Miku‘s Omakase once before, and decided to try their lunch today as the pricing seems like quite a deal. I had the Miku Zen and Brian had the Premium Sushi lunch. Both did not disappoint!
The Miku Zen included 4 small appetizers and a plate of their signature sushi. The first appetizer is shrimp salad.
Albacore tuna with Miku’s masatake sauce (onions, garlic, and sesame oil). Yum!
Tempura.
Braised beef shank.
Here’s the plate of sushi that is part of the Miku Zen.
Albacore tuna with miso.
Ebi with basil/miso sauce.
Forgot what’s inside ^^”
This is Miku’s signature sushi – Aburi Salmon Oshi. Very buttery and I really enjoyed it!
Brian’s Premium Sushi lunch. I will go for this next time!!
