Today we celebrated Mom and Karen’s birthdays at Sun Sui Wah (新瑞華海鮮酒家). The Alaskan king crab is amazing! Brian thought he was not allergic to crabs anymore and wanted to try king crab for the first time. It proved that he’s cured!! 😉
They cook the king crab three ways and this is our favorite: 蒜蓉蒸皇帝蟹! Steamed Alaskan king crab legs with LOTS and LOTS of garlic and scallions! LOVE!!!

3rd eat: 蟹殼海皇焗飯 (Baked rice inside the shell).
