蒙古酸奶 (Mongolian Yogurt). Super refreshing appetizer!

蒙古奶茶 (Mongolian Milk Tea). The best milk tea ever!! and in a huge pot!
蒙古手扒肉. Large chunks of lamb, beef, sausages, and blood sausages. Attack with those big knives and/or your hands.

Refreshing radish.
The lamb that did not taste like lamb… thus I enjoyed very much!!
Potatoes, greens, and cured pork. Super delicious.
Another traditional Mongolian dish – some kind of special noodles.
Not exactly a traditional Mongolian dish.. but very cool to see this skillful chef making knife-cut noodles.
