Three Cup Chicken, 三杯雞, by Brian.    

Planted the Mexican zucchini in the beginning of April.

There is a very young fig tree in our garden.

This summer we decided to plant some vegetables in the garden. One of the plants Brian picked was the jalapeños. We planted around first week of April.

Yummy chicken wings!  

It is that time of the year. Lots of flowers blooming in the garden.

Brian’s gyoza looks great. Here is how it is done. Line them up nicely in a pan and add a mixture of water + flour + white vinegar. Then put the lid on and let them cook.

Persimmons start to grow in the beginning of May.
