Lotus roots tempura with spicy tuna.
We happened to ran into two friends who recommended us to try the “Shrimp Boat” (it’s something not on the menu but you could request it). It is cooked shrimp, topped with fish roe and raw quail egg yolk, splashed with ponzu sauce and tabasco sauce. It looked so pretty and tasted really different!
