TAPS is definitely one of our favorite restaurants in OC. We like coming here whenever we feel like celebrating for a special occasion… or just whenever we feel like treating ourselves! I had the best pork chop here one time and still think about it till this day. Their Simmered Manila Clams, Maine Lobster Dumplings, Miso Chilean Sea Bass are some of our favorite dishes here.

Love this presentation of the Small Bites! We had Proscuitto, Chorizo, and “Triple Cream” Brie. The Proscuito was amazing!!
Sweet Onion Roasted Bone Marrow.
The “Wharf” Cioppino: Shrimp, calamari, clams, mussels, scallops and various kinds of fish in a spicy marinara with garlic, red wine and fresh herbs over linguini. Very delicious! Of course we couldn’t finish everything and that made a great lunch on the next day!
