Delicious crepe at Breizh Cafe in Marais! Savory crepes are made with organic buckwheat from Brittany and local eggs from organically-fed, free range chickens.
Provencale Galette – Onion confit in cider, tomatoes, ham, anchovies, raw milk gruyere cheese, sunny side up egg, herbes de Provence.
Bretonne Galette – Sauteed mushrooms, gruyere cheese, scrambled egg, bacon, farmhouse creme fraiche and peppers.
Complète with Smoked Ham Galette – sunny side up egg, raw milk gruyere cheese and smoked ham from Basque Country.
One of the special crepe of the day with blue cheese.
We also had two sweet crepe. One is the chocolate, pear, and whipped cream.
The other is the plain butter and sugar one. I think this is actually my favorite among all of them!
