We (Tiffany, her sisters and their friends) enjoyed a great meal at Le Galopin today. It was our favorite meal during our stay in Paris. Thanks to Daphne’s friend for recommending this place and Daphne for making reservation weeks ahead of time. Very creative and delicious dishes with fresh ingredients!
Amuse Bouche #1: Super refreshing and delicious salad/cheese.
Amuse Bouche #2: Beef broth with cabbages.
Appetizer: Calms and scallops with veggies and some kind of amazing puree.
Main course #1: Fish with veggies and delicious asparagus puree.
Main course #2: Very tender veal (some of us got lamb – and they said it was better than veal) with more delicious puree.
Dessert #1: Caramelized apples and ice cream. so good.
Dessert #2: Orange and grapefruit dessert.
On the left is one of the two Tischenko brothers who own the restaurant. Too bad I didn’t get a picture of Chef Romain Tischenoko, winner of Top Chef, who is equally good-looking.
