Seven-Course Tasting Menu at Le Galopin

We (Tiffany, her sisters and their friends) enjoyed a great meal at Le Galopin today. It was our favorite meal during our stay in Paris. Thanks to Daphne’s friend for recommending this place and Daphne for making reservation weeks ahead of time. Very creative and delicious dishes with fresh ingredients!

On the left is one of the two Tischenko brothers who own the restaurant. Too bad I didn’t get a picture of Chef Romain Tischenoko, winner of Top Chef, who is equally good-looking.
