Today we had delicious sushi at Ootoro in Walnut to celebrate a friend’s birthday. The fish is so fresh; we highly recommend this place!

Premium Chirashi. It includes Salmon, Tuna, Chutoro, Hamachi, Kanpachi, Uni, Amaebi, Tamago, Spicy tuna, Cooked tuna, and Blue crab. One of the best part about this place is the fresh wasabi! It really makes all the difference.
