After visiting friends in the West Hollywood area, we decided to give Silverlake Ramen a try. It was a 45 minute wait on a Saturday at 8:30pm, but it didn’t disappoint! We will come back if we are in the area again.
Tonkotsu Ramen – lots of meat and the broth is very flavorful.
We got the combo with Soboro Bowl (rice bowl with ground pork).
Also the Crispy Rice with Spicy Tuna (with avacado, Jalapeno, and eel sauce) and Chicken Karaage.
