Today I kept hearing a knocking on our French doors in the back. When I looked I surprisingly found two roadrunners running around!
It looked like one bird was chasing after the other and making loud noises.
They are quite big! They can be identified by the long tail and distinctive head crest.
It is mating season and the male roadrunner is actually dancing for the female roadrunner to attract her attention!
