You can customize how you like your ramen. For example, how thick you like your broth to be, how you like the noodles cooked, and how much garlic and what kind of green onions you like, etc.

You are in your individual cubicle with dividers. A bamboo curtain separates you from the kitchen. You are supposed to concentrate on your ramen 100% without distraction.
On the bottom of the bowl we saw the words, この一滴は最高の喜びです, which means, “This one drop is the greatest of joys” (or, “good to the last drop”). Indeed.
