One of the most famous bakeries in Paris is the Poilâne Bakery. We stayed at Saint-Germain this time and there is one right by where we lived. So we came one morning to its Cafe for a tasty brunch.
The cafe is located right next door to the bakery itself.

Karen had roasted chicken, vegetable cream, capers on toasted sourdough bread.
I had the smoked salmon, vegetable cream, and chives on toasted sourdough bread. It was excellent!
