Of course we came back to our favorite restaurant in Paris – Le Galopin! An excellent 7-course meal that tasted as delicious as each dish looked!

Amuse Bouche #1: Soubressade (pork) Ravioli.
Amuse Bouche #2: Green Zebra (green tomatoes) broth with Feta cheese.
Appetizer: Veal tartare with fennel, cucumbers, tomatoes, and red currants.

Main course #1: Fish with veggies and Guindilla chili and olive puree.
Main course #2: Super tender presa Iberian pork with eggplant, baby carrots, and quince (same family as apple and pear) puree.
Dessert #1: Raspberry and chocolate ice cream.
Dessert #2: Basil ice cream with figs.
