There are not a lot of great restaurant choices in Palm Springs but found one today! We really enjoyed the food and service at the Mediterranean restaurant called Catalan.
Manila Clams – yum!
And the sauce goes so well with the bread 🙂
Honey Jidori chicken wings.
Smoked chorizo.
Catalan Paella: Chicken, chorizo, shrimp, clams, peas, saffron, matiz valencia rice.
Saffron and Cinnamon Cream Custard. So good!!
