Snake river Wagyu carpaccio with cabbage. Slightly too salty :/
Chicken liver toast. The liver tasted great, but the sauce was slightly too sweet…
Veal tongue with salmon roe and black mustard. This dish was yummy and very different!
Chicken wings with tangy orange and mango sauce.
Crispy pig head on rice with bulldog sauce and egg. This was our favorite dish of the night. The meat was really tender and flavorful. This is one dishe I’d come back for.
Poutine with oxtail gravy and cheddar cheese. Not bad but oh my goodness too salty again! :/
Overall this was a fun experience – the ambience, service, and concept was great. However, we only loved 2 out of the 6 dishes we ordered, so we were certainly expecting more. Not quite sure if we’ll be coming back again soon.
