Many travel blogs mentioned Sushi Dai (寿司大), located at Tsukiji Fish Market (築地市場) as one of the best sushi places in Tokyo. So here we are!
We were there around 8am, after we arrived from the airport and put down out lugguges at the hotel. Apparently that was not early enough, because the wait ended up being 2+ hours. We had no idea it was going to be that bad. The sushi was soooooooo good at a great price (around 4000 yen), but we’re not sure if we will line up for over 2 hours for it again!

What we had was the Omakase. You can also order a la carte on top of it. But we were more than full!
