Today our group of three enjoyed an early dinner at ABC Kitchen by Jean-Georges Vongerichten in New York after some shopping at ABC home. Their focus is using organic and fresh ingredients sourced from regional farmers. Brian returned home before Tiffany did so he missed it. Maybe next time!
The crab toast with lemon aioli was super delicious!
Roasted cauliflower with onion, walnut crumbs, and fried egg on top.
Roast carrot and avocado salad with crunchy seeds, sour cream and citrus.
Whole wheat pizza: Mushrooms, parmesan, oregano, and egg.
For dessert, we had the delicious vanilla panna cotta with housemade Nutella and a fruit plate.
Nice decor at ABC Kitchen. I espeically liked their ingredient display.
ABC Kitchen is located inside ABC Home, which has a cool selection of furniture, clothing, tabletop, etc.
